About usSilent Lion Tea Co. are importers of fine Organic and fine teas. Our tea list is composed of White, Green, Oolong, Pu-Erh, Smoked, Scented and Black teas. We offer some of the best teas available today. We work closely with Organic certification companies, looking for rare teas with Organic standards. Along with our European partners we look to help small tea gardens establish Organic loose teas in Europe. In some cases we supply teas that have been produced using ancient methods, completely lost in modern tea production. Where there is no Organic fine tea available we try to source rare teas of the highest quality and fair management. Perfect examples of this are Gopaldhara Tea Estate in Darjeeling and Jun Chiyabari Estate in Nepal: both of these estates are chemical-free and work with their local communities. In contrast to much of the tea on sale today we are looking for the spirit of tea and bringing this to the discerning tea drinker. |
