By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Prices & delivery charges

Our prices exclude delivery and are subject to change up to the point of order. UK delivery charges are quoted in your basket. We also delivery to the EC. If you enter an EC delivery address in the checkout, the cost of EC delivery will be quoted at that point.

While Silent Lion takes every reasonable care to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we reserve the right to correct the order price if any errors occur. If we find an error before we accept your order, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of ordering at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability.

Acceptance of your order

Any e-mail receipt for your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order by Silent Lion Tea Co.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order to you, unless you have cancelled the order. We reserve the right to inform you that we have not accepted the order until the point of dispatch.

Returns

You may return any purchase within 21 days for full refund or exchange (minus P&P).

Returned items must be unused and undamaged, and in the case of teas, unopened.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives defective or broken, it will be replaced at our expense.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
